Mr. Tang mainly specializes in financial, real estate, civil and commercial affairs, economic law and other related business areas and litigation legal services. He has provided services of domestic and overseas listing of many companies and has rich practical experience and theoretical foundation. Mr. Tang has worked in the Legal Affairs Office of Land and Resources Bureau for 10 years. In 2006, he resigned from his position as a civil servant and became a lawyer. He is familiar with real estate business and is good at solving various difficult real estate legal issues.
