Civil and commercial litigation and arbitration; banking and finance; public/private equity funds; company equity investment and financing and debt-to-equity swaps, etc.

Mr. Dong has obtained master degree of law. He has worked in the headquarter of a large state-owned financial institution, and has done in-depth research in major and complex commercial litigation and arbitration, legal practices of financial institution asset management, and disposal of non-performing assets. He also has been on loan to assist NDRC and has rich experience in legal services of public/private equity funds, construction projects and corporate investment and financing.

Mr. Dong is currently the perennial legal counsel of many state-owned key enterprises, listed enterprises, banks, trust companies and top domestic private equity investment institutions, and also provides private legal services for many famous TV hosts and investors.

Mr. Dong has successfully handled a number of complex litigation and arbitration cases as well as major investment and financing projects of financial institutions, involving a cumulative amount of more than 10 billion yuan.

1. Representing a case of business trust dispute between Huabao Trust Co., Ltd. and Jingjin Rongchuang Bellows (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 639 million yuan. 

2. Representing a case of 2 billion yuan non-performing assets between China Railway Materials Guangzhou Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhongyuhua Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Tianrun Jiayu Group Co., Ltd. 

3. Representing a case of contract dispute between China Nuclear Investment Co., Ltd. and Zhongzenong Holding and China Nuclear (Pingtan) Science and Technology Park Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Beijing Shunhua Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Bank of Beijing, involving a total amount of 1.01 billion yuan.

4. Representing a case of objection proceeding where outsiders of equity funds submit an objection between 23 investors and Mr. Liu, Zimu (Beijing) Fund Managment Co., Ltd., Hebei Mingdian Investment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zimu Chuangfu Investment Center (Limited Partnership), involving a total amount of 313 million yuan. 

5. Representing an enforcement case between China Railway Third Bureau Group Material Supply Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiakou Wanquan District Taisheng Coal Sales Center, Ordos Guangsha Coal Transportation and Sales Co., Ltd., Liujiaqu Coal Mine, Ordos Guangsha Coal Transportation and Sales Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 240 million yuan.

6. Hosting a project of debt-to-equity investment between Agricultural Bank of China Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. and Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 1 billion yuan.

7. Representing a case of sales contract dispute between China National Petroleum Corporation, China Railway Oil Products Sales Co., Ltd. and Beijing Baori Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 120 million yuan.

8. Representing a case of contract dispute between China Railway Materials Group, Lanzhou Co., Ltd. and Datong Coal Mining Group Foreign Trade Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 120 million yuan.

9. Representing a case of special procedures for realization of security rights between Northeast Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Credit Re-guarantee Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Branch and Zhang, involving a total amount of 50 million yuan.

10. Representing a case of construction contract dispute between Nantong No. 2 Construction Company and Loctite Investment Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Nantong Home Textile Alliance Investment Co., Ltd., involving a total amount of 100 million yuan.
