On April 23, 2021, Lawyer Tingkai Zhao, a senior partner of Hai Run Law Firm, was invited to the expert consultant symposium for the Huairou Science City Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Alliance (hub). The symposium aims to help the Huairou Science City build a comprehensive national science center under the grand scheme of the "14th Five-Year Plan"---Huairou District Yanqi Talent Action Plan and talent introduction methods, and prepare for the establishment of the Huairou International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Alliance (hub).
